Cancellations & Processing
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order enters production or preparation, and cancellation is no longer possible.
Processing times:
• Standard orders: 7–14 business days
• Custom colored hair: 10-18 business days
• Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on destination)
Once your order has been shipped, Janicy’s Hair is not responsible for courier delays or address errors provided by the client.
